I’ve been in the health and fitness industry since I was 19 – 14 years ago!! I have made my way from a fitness instructor teaching Zumba and spin classes to senior fitness advisor where I was managing a team of instructors and coaches. From there I to the leap to create my own personal training company, within 2 years I had 3 PTs working in my team. We were known for our insane results and the community we had built. 

3 years ago, I knew I could help people, specifically women MORE. I wanted to apply my passion of human behaviour and psychology to the transformation game and that is when The Coaching Club was born.
