My name is Sasha Buy and I am the founder of the Coaching Club which was established in November 2020.

Women love to work with me as I am committed to growth, and I am obsessed with becoming my absolute best while learning to undo any negative loops and cycles which I’ve picked up in life so far.

I believe every woman on this planet has the ability to live a life where she’s thriving in her career and at home BUT NOT AT THE COST OF HERSELF. 

People pleasing, striving at the cost of self and leaving yourself royally at the bottom of the priority pile are all cycles I have spent years and years going through, and fundamentally, that is why the CC was created.

I was a personal trainer for over 10 years and although my results were very good, I knew I could help more. 

I wanted to address the reasons why we don’t value ourselves in living a life with high standards. 

I wanted to help women to understand their food behaviours. 

I am committed to helping break down generational & societal norms that dictate that everything falls on the modern-day woman’s shoulders, and that is why she is absolutely frazzled!

Not anymore. 

That is what we stand against, ladies. We stand against the societal norms that leave us battling against unfair expectations.

We stand against ridiculous diets that create false hope and leave you coming crashing down in a matter of weeks after you’ve reached your goal weight (if you even get there).

We stand against striving at the cost of self.

We stand against getting to our next milestone birthday looking back with a lump in our throat, seriously regretting what we didn’t do and how much life we missed thanks to coexisting at the bottom of the priority pile.

TIA HARRIS

I’m Tia, Head Coach within the Coaching Club! I am responsible for client success, so in a nut shell, I am here to support our ladies through every step of the journey from programming, accountability, 1:1 and group coaching, training, right through to understanding their core values, biggest dreams & ensuring that they have the tools they need to get them to achieve their goals and create a purposeful life on THEIR terms.

I joined the CC in January 2022 when I’d got to a point in life where I just wasn’t fulfilled. I have been in corporate leadership roles within the FTSE 100 industry for the last 12 years and have spent many years climbing the career ladder, always striving for more, only to realise that I was climbing the wrong tree. I LOVE people, leadership, talent development and coaching people to realise their unrecognised potential BUT I always knew that I could use my skillset in a role that was more aligned to my personal values and dreams.

I originally joined wanting to lose weight and get in shape, after years of yo-yo dieting – I wanted something different. I wanted to find myself again, create new friendships with people who were just like me, find something that would last and become a lifestyle for me that I sustain and enjoy life without food preoccupation and over training. What I didn’t realise is that embarking on this journey was about to set fire to the spark that had been simmering away inside of me for years. Having graduated in September 2022 after achieving more than I set out to aesthetically and mentally, I was ecstatic when Sasha asked to me to come on board as The Coaching Club client success coach and I now (having reduced my working hours in corporate land) get to work with THE most incredible TRIBE of women here within the CC alongside my day job….for now 😉

JEN ROLWICH

Jen is a brain based behaviour change coach who works in the health and fitness industry supporting people through the mental and emotional process of change. Jen supports people to gain clarity on their journey in life and move past their limiting mental barriers on the road to success. The right balance of fierce support, compassionate challenge and powerful questions allows Jen to work with people to deepen their ability in removing self limiting beliefs, and achieving a level of growth they never thought possible. After a 7 year career as an organisational development consultant, Jen became an accredited professional coach in 2020 and started her coaching and consultancy business in 2021, joining the Coaching Club in 2022. Jen has a lifelong mission of positively impacting the lives of others and changing the way that coaching works in the health and fitness industry, and working as part of this holistic and person centred programme allows her to fulfil this vision.

SARAH SUMMERS

Sarah’s a Registered Nutritionist & Health Coach, with a special interest in Women’s health, Functional Medicine & Nutrigenomics. She began working in the Coaching Club team in May 2022, and delivers monthly nutrition masterclasses to the members.

Sarah’s a passionate believer that optimal nutrition is the most preventative form of healthcare on the planet. We need food not only to survive, but thrive, and the food choices we make every day influence our energy, longevity, physical and mental performance.

The main struggles Sarah helps people with are those that have been part of someone’s life for some time, and despite trying everything, they can’t get to the bottom of the root cause. These include hormone related conditions (menopause, fertility, Endometriosis, Thyroid etc.), mood and energy issues, gut health problems and weight gain.

Sarah takes a holistic view of a person’s health and uses a functional medicine approach to look at root causes rather than ‘a pill for an ill’. She leaves no stone unturned and always considers someone’s unique health history when making individual recommendations.
